Unfortunately it wasn't quite the right shade for me but I think that would be down to my preference in foundation colours - it was pretty accurate. I scanned the QR code to request an amendment which took a few minutes and then a day later I had been contacted about a new colour being made and sent out. I didn't have to pay anything for the second bottle which is perfect. I chose medium matte coverage and it really is a lovely foundation and the customer service was exceptional. Would highly recommend.
