This is my 2nd bottle of foundation & 1st of the custom drops both required adjustment as the colour wasn't right. Followed the procedure -just another photo on their website- for this & I received a free colour adjustment of both & they are a perfect match, thank you!Both foundation & drops are really lovely to apply & doesn't sit in 'crevices' & fine lines, lasts all day too even in this recent hot weather.Dcypher are an amazing company & the customer service is excellent, quick to reply to communication & so helpful. I only wish I'd found Dcypher sooner instead of wasting money on various other foundations in the hope, the colour would be right! So, off to purchase their concealer now. :))
