The first delivery was the perfect match to the lightest shade in my skin tone so technically it was a perfect match but after wearing for 3 days I felt it was just a shade too light.I contacted customer services and answered the questionnaire and a second set with the adjustment was dispatched to me. I didn’t even need to return the first set. The second colour really is a perfect match to my colour right now. I chose the medium coverage and natural finish foundation which is beautiful. The serum drops are versatile and add more coverage or can be added to sun screen or moisturiser for a lighter finish.Customer service is brilliant and I would recommend the process very happy with the results. I can now clear my makeup drawer of all the mismatched foundations I have bought and not used.
