Made my second order, after being very pleased with my first custom made foundation. The second foundation wasn’t a great match, so I contacted the customer care team and was put in touch with Vicki, who was so helpful. I explained what the problem was, and discussed what I would like. Vicki kept me informed all through the process of what the technicians were going to do, and when it was going to be dispatched. I offered to return the foundation that wasn’t a great match ( I’d been on holiday and now have a tan!) and was told that I didn’t need to.I can honestly say I have NEVER used a company that has such an excellent customer care team!! They really do go above and beyond for their customers, I wish more companies understood the concept of ‘customer care’!!5⭐️ from me on every level. Excellent product, excellent service 👍🏼
