The plumbers themselves did a great job. They were polite, professional, and fixed the issue within minutes once they arrived.However, the overall experience was disappointing due to timing and, more importantly, pricing transparency. The appointment was scheduled between 7–8 pm. When no one arrived, I called at 8:15 pm and was told they would arrive within 30 minutes. They eventually showed up around 10 pm.Before agreeing to the service, I clearly asked for an estimate on the phone and was told (twice) that the cost would be around €60, plus €40 for each additional hour. I agreed to proceed. I was however extremely shocked when I received a bill for €540. Had this price been communicated upfront, I would not have accepted the service. I was not told about the 'additional costs' on the phone at all.While the repair itself was done well, the lack of clear and honest pricing is a serious issue. Transparency is essential, and this experience left me feeling misled.
