Review Time
The company came to fix a leaking kitchen sink. They claimed the issue was limescale (kalkaanslag) buildup, and brought their machine to snake down the pipe and clean it. They didn't completely fix the issue, and said they would be back the next day and would bring a manual with all of the products we would need to complete the job.
They charged €2600 for the work and would only accept cash payment. They have since changed their number and we are not able to reach them. They have a form online that you fill out and they then contact you for the work. The guys who did the work are Turkish decent, (I found out from speaking with them). Please be aware of this. Many people have been scammed by the same or similar companies.
We got scammed 1400€ after stating service (pipe cleaning) of 350€. The real bill was for 1762€ but we said we will pay for the full after the work is complete (of course no work was done). We got a fake factuur which now in hindsight looks very sketchy. The money was paid to a bank account called WH Allround. Some guy called Ginom came over, was very friendly but pushed us to pay. Now the phones are blocked and there is no way to contact them. Will report to Utrecht police today. Our trust was taken advantage of, and I cannot shake away the fact that such criminals are allowed to continue ruin other peoples lives.

I requested to listen to the registered phone call and managed to detract 500 EUR of costs, but I still got a hefty invoice for EUR 1150, for a 45 minutes job.

They are definitely scammers. The initial price they told me on the phone was 100 euros. When he got here, it was already 200. After he was done, it was 2500 euros for 45 minutes of work, including smoking a cigarette in between. After saying I can't pay that, he went down to 1000. (Weird how easy that was, isn't it)He came up with a story that might sound reasonable to people who do not know/care much about clogged drains and just want them to be unclogged (like me). "The drain is clogged 17 meters down the pipe." He had to go that far into the pipe with a camera, and there is a "meter-tarief" for that. I watched him while he was unclogging our drains, I never saw him push a cable down our pipes, and yet he showed me clear photos on his phone about what our pipes apparently look like. It turns out he showed me some nice Stock photos.I was pressured into paying immediately and transfer the money myself. So, no way of getting it back either. I called them twice afterwards but they just hung up as soon as I said my name. Absolute scammers but quite clever, unfortunately. Karma will come for you guys 🫶🏼Hindsight is 20/20. Don't call them, save your money and precious energy
The plumbers themselves did a great job. They were polite, professional, and fixed the issue within minutes once they arrived.However, the overall experience was disappointing due to timing and, more importantly, pricing transparency. The appointment was scheduled between 7–8 pm. When no one arrived, I called at 8:15 pm and was told they would arrive within 30 minutes. They eventually showed up around 10 pm.Before agreeing to the service, I clearly asked for an estimate on the phone and was told (twice) that the cost would be around €60, plus €40 for each additional hour. I agreed to proceed. I was however extremely shocked when I received a bill for €540. Had this price been communicated upfront, I would not have accepted the service. I was not told about the 'additional costs' on the phone at all.While the repair itself was done well, the lack of clear and honest pricing is a serious issue. Transparency is essential, and this experience left me feeling misled.
