Ordered on Nov 20th, still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. Customer care responds with meaningless information. They provide a tracking number which is internal, the parcel appears to be handed to a courier but there is no info on the real tracking number or name of the courier. DO NOT ORDER ON DEALMONDAY
