Ordered 16th Feb, received 5th March.
The kindle is 100% genuine, I registered it with Amazon and their warranty partner all without issue.
I raised a ticket on their website and got the usual automated email then a real person follow up then another... by which time the kindle had been delivered.
If you can wait for an item to get a good saving, use this vendor.
I saved £50.
If you expect a purchase to be with you in the 2-4 days that they say, don't buy from this lot.
I purchased an item from a seller and was informed it would arrive in 2-4 working days. Today marks the sixth day. When I track the parcel, it has shown "Booking Arranged" for the past three days. It seems they care little about customer satisfaction and are more focused on keeping my money. This is a disgraceful service. I've received better service from an online store based in another country.

I returned the item promptly but had to cover the return shipping costs myself, despite their website stating they would cover it. They refuse to honor that promise. They claimed that the return didn't arrive because it wasn't scanned, but I have spoken with the postal service, which confirmed delivery. It seems they were avoiding accepting the package. Now, they want me to file a claim for lost property, despite having proof of delivery. The postal service only reimburses a small fraction of what I spent. In total, I have lost £148.40, with this service refusing to refund either the shipping or the product itself. They are genuinely a scam operation, sourcing products cheaply to extend delivery times and offering zero communication about order status. The customer service is abysmal, with long response times and generic replies that don't address actual concerns. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid this service; they are not trustworthy. Any response I receive will likely be a standard excuse about delays during the busy season. If you're importing goods, you should be upfront about potential delays and handle customer service with integrity rather than resorting to tactics that avoid issuing refunds.

While the prices are appealing, one typically expects to compromise on delivery times and customer service, but this situation is excessive. They still won't guarantee delivery by Christmas. I will not be using this service again. Numerous reviews echo similar frustrations, indicating they've likely lost many potential customers this holiday season.
