I ordered a laptop on November 27th, and was informed it shipped two days later, but that was misleading. Tracking shows it’s awaiting courier pick up and has been stuck for days. I suspect they might be grey importers causing these delays. I contacted them through their website without any response. The price was comparable to other offers, so I advise avoiding this service.
