I have used this site previously with no issues at all so I didn’t hesitate to order again. The price of the product I ordered was the best I could find by far. I received an email a few days after ordering to inform that unfortunately the product would take 4 weeks for delivery due to the ‘logistics team experiencing delays’. I was given the option to wait 4 weeks or request a refund. I couldn’t wait for the product so requested a refund & received prompt correspondence acknowledging my request & stating such would be refunded within 3 days. 3 days later, I received a full refund into my bank. Whilst I had to cancel the order & did not receive the product, it is only fair to give a 5 star review due to the excellent customer service, choice of options available given the situation, apology for the inconvenience and subsequent swift full refund. Thank you!
