I bought a Samsung S25 phone because mine was broken. However, it got fixed with little help. I want to return the new phone as its unopened, seal is not broken and it is within 14 days. Instead of telling me how to return they are giving me an alternate solution if 10 pound voucher. Ridiculous!Update: they reached out to ask for my details to provide a return lable. I will update this review as how things progress. Second update: after two days the return lable was provided. I will update when i am refunded the money. Third Update: by using the retirn label, they credired the money back to me. The website is legit and their products are cheap and good. Just their customer service can impro e because we all are spolied by hourly updates on our deliveries from the likes of Amazon.
