I ordered bluetooth earphones from here on 3 November and paid extra for expedited delivery so they'd arrive within 2-4 business days. It's now been 12 days and they are still "in transit". Their customer service team has only replied to 1 of my 3 emails and they just said they should be with me soon - they still haven't arrived and no compensation has been made. I'll avoid ordering from this site in the future.
