Update: Since writing this review, they reached out and issued a full refund straight away. I’ve updated the rating from 1 to 3 stars, mainly because I wish the issue had been resolved when we first started discussing it, rather than a year later when I was already stressed and fed up.I bought a pair of earbuds from Deal Mondays in November 2024, and they developed a fault just a few months later. I reported the issue in April 2025 and have been in constant contact since then. Despite countless follow-ups and repeated promises that the matter was being “looked into” or “reviewed by an external team,” nothing has ever been repaired, replaced, or refunded.I even sent a formal complaint letter under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but the company continues to delay without taking any responsibility. It’s now been almost a year since I purchased the product, and I still don’t have a working pair or my money back.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — unresponsive, repetitive, and unwilling to take action. I strongly advise others to avoid Deal Mondays and buy from a retailer that respects UK consumer law and stands behind their products.
