Ordered Samsung S25 29/10/25, got confirmation email, said delivery 4 to 6 working days but heard nothing since, opened a case and got a case number but nothing since, rang 3 times and just got voicemail, left a message each time but not got a reply. Hubby needs this phone for his business and is going away on Monday so will have to go out this weekend and buy another one. We want to cancel this order and get a refund but it's totally impossible to get in touch with the company. Really wish we'd read the reviews first, obviously if it seems to good to be true it probably is.
