Simply put don't order I ordered something on the 3rd of October with a delivery of the 7th, didn't get here Couple days later I email asking where is my thing and they say delivery delays. Couple days later they told me it's priority shipping, pure corporate fluffCouple days later still nothing. Then on the 10th I file for a bank chargeback because they've just stopped responding at this point. The bank says yeah this is going. Then they try and gaslight me saying they are a small company and this will prevent them from growing Couple days later on the 16th I get a parcel at my door which is from them.Now royal Mail is telling me that they got given the parcel on the 14th. Well that's wild considering it was supposed to be delivered on the 4thSimply put, don't order through themEDIT: You're not getting any more info from me, You also keep asking me for some letter from my bank after I told my bank that yeah I got it.
