1) The website stated delivery would take 3-5 days, but it arrived after 10 working days. 2) The item was from overseas, and an international adaptor was included without prior notice at purchase, which I would have preferred to know. 3) The customer service was extremely disappointing; responses were slow and only came once a day. 4) Returning the item was complicated—I had to cover my own shipping and insurance costs, and they requested pictures and bubble wrapping, even though the item was not packaged that way when I received it. 5) Supposedly, the refund process could take up to 14 days after they inspect the item, and since it was returned last week with proof of delivery, I’m anticipating some excuse for the delay as I haven’t received any updates. I would not recommend this service to anyone; it’s better to pay a bit more for a reputable company that delivers on time and offers solid customer support.
