After checking various reviews, I realized that most suggested to anticipate up to 10 working days, so I accepted that I might not receive it within the initial timeframe. Many reviews mentioned good quality, which encouraged my decision. However, as of December 12th, the item still hasn't arrived, and tracking hasn't been updated since December 3rd. I reached out to customer service twice—first on December 9th, where I was informed that the package had shipped that day and should arrive this week. Yet, the tracking information didn't change. Now, on December 12th (the end of the week), I contacted them again, and they stated that delivery would be next week. Since this is a Christmas gift, if it doesn't arrive by then, I'll have to purchase something locally and return the original when it eventually arrives. The communication regarding delivery has been misleading, and there are no assurances it will arrive by Christmas or even at all! Even considering the busy season, which happens every year, this is unacceptable. The website mentions a 2-3 day delay due to peak season, which feels misleading. I understood that sourcing from overseas might take longer, and I was prepared for that, but being told 2-4 days at the time of ordering, only to wait 15 working days without my item, reflects poorly on their customer service. The tracking is handled externally, and they don't disclose which courier service is used, making it nearly useless. It has been 'in transit in the hub' for 5 working days now. While the prices are appealing, one typically expects to compromise on delivery times and customer service, but this situation is excessive. They still won't guarantee delivery by Christmas. I will not be using this service again. Numerous reviews echo similar frustrations, indicating they've likely lost many potential customers this holiday season. I will provide updates if and when the item finally arrives.
