I had a similar experience to many others. After 5 business days with no information about my order, I contacted support, who promised to 'investigate the status.' After 2 more days without updates, I requested to cancel my order. The advertised 1-3 day delivery timeframe is definitely not accurate with this company. Update: I have been trying to cancel my order for 2 weeks, and they still haven’t processed it. My report to the payment service was unsuccessful, likely because they are not confirming the cancellation.
