Deceptive website with nonexistent products! I ordered an item back in October that was listed as in stock and expected to arrive within 5 days. However, even after 3 months, I still haven't received it. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but the only response I received was that they were looking into it. They never provided updates unless I specifically asked for one. After waiting so long, I decided to cancel my order, and only then did they change their response, claiming the item was lost during shipping and was now out of stock. This is clearly untrue, as I never received any shipping notification. Weeks have gone by, and they still haven't processed the cancellation to reverse the payment. This website is very unreliable and likely misrepresents products that aren't real.

The customer support is threatening to charge me for return shipping if they determine the item is ineffective, without clarifying how they make that decision. I had a similar experience to many others. After 5 business days with no information about my order, I contacted support, who promised to 'investigate the status.' After 2 more days without updates, I requested to cancel my order. The advertised 1-3 day delivery timeframe is definitely not accurate with this company. Update: I have been trying to cancel my order for 2 weeks, and they still haven’t processed it. My report to the payment service was unsuccessful, likely because they are not confirming the cancellation.
I ordered an office chair and made the payment, but after that, there was complete silence—no tracking information or any updates. After several days with no communication, I called the customer support number listed on their website, but no one answered, just an answering machine. I left messages on two different days and never got a call back. I created a support ticket, and they informed me it was being investigated. After a few more days, I finally received information that my parcel had been sent. However, when it arrived, the product was damaged. I didn’t notice it at first and unpacked it. When I contacted them, they said I should have checked before unpacking, so they wouldn’t help. I will learn from this, but their main issue is the lack of communication regarding orders.
