I left messages on two different days and never got a call back. I created a support ticket, and they informed me it was being investigated. After a few more days, I finally received information that my parcel had been sent. However, when it arrived, the product was damaged. I didn’t notice it at first and unpacked it. When I contacted them, they said I should have checked before unpacking, so they wouldn’t help. I will learn from this, but their main issue is the lack of communication regarding orders.
