Horrible experience. Ordered a provide that never arrived. Asked them for assistance which they then told me to contact USPS instead. I work full time and go to school full time, between everything, I didn't get a chance to contact USPS until perhaps just outside of the one month mark. USPS said the package is not eligible for anything, so I contacted them again for assistance and they basically said "not our problem." I first contacted them within 2 weeks of the package having marked "delivered", which is when I noticed it's been awhile and I haven't received my package at all. As a company that charges as much as they do for products, they should assist their customer in a much better fashion that just "not our problem." Now I'm out of the money AND the product.
