Broken product, no respons!!

I ordered the highlight but arrived damaged. The small case totally came out, from the case everytime I open it. I emailed them with photos and commented on their Instagram. No respons at all. Its pricy and arrived broken and no help from the customer service. I would not recommended this product to anyone. Dont waste your money. I really feel fooled by this company, to be honest. They just ignored a dissapointed customer.

Overpriced and not worth the money

I ordered the dreamy paradise collection. The packaging is anything but Luxurious. The formula is not what it is advertised to be. Very disappointed and out of $96 dollars!

Awful experience as the lipstick they…

Awful experience as the lipstick they sent me did not match the colour of lipstick used on models lips on the advertising video. The lipstick they sent looks so cheap on lips, I'm so unhappy with the product. Her is what they sent me 'Unopened and unused Dear Dahlia products can be returned within 14 days'. Very convenient policy for them. As I used it once on my lips, the lipstick is not eligible for return. They did not refund. This is a scam company, please don't fall for their beautiful pictures and videos.

I personally really liked the products

I personally really liked the products. Would buy again. Eyeshadow does what it says on the tin, although it stings a bit when putting it on the feeling goes away quickly, and I am really tempted to buy the lip mousse which I got a little tester for and I am now in love with. It took a while to get the order to come to the UK so arm yourself with patience.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered a provide that never arrived. Asked them for assistance which they then told me to contact USPS instead. I work full time and go to school full time, between everything, I didn't get a chance to contact USPS until perhaps just outside of the one month mark. USPS said the package is not eligible for anything, so I contacted them again for assistance and they basically said "not our problem." I first contacted them within 2 weeks of the package having marked "delivered", which is when I noticed it's been awhile and I haven't received my package at all. As a company that charges as much as they do for products, they should assist their customer in a much better fashion that just "not our problem." Now I'm out of the money AND the product.

Lipstick color way off, late response, rude

I received a lipstick and the color was way off. Didn't even resemble the picture online or the color swatch on the bottom of the lipstick. Not a color I will ever wear. I've sent three emails in a week, to two different email addresses. No response so far. EDIT: one email response after several weeks, rude, no apology, unwilling to help.
