I have been ordering probiotics for my dog for several months. Recently, I received a delivery with the packaging torn open, left on my doorstep during heavy rain while no one was home. I recognize that delivery issues can occur, but despite sending photos via email, the support team has not responded to my concerns or the issue at hand. Would I recommend this service? Definitely not, due to their poor customer service!
