Frustrating delivery and support experience

I have been ordering probiotics for my dog for several months. Recently, I received a delivery that arrived with the packaging torn open and left on my doorstep during heavy rain while no one was home. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but despite emailing photos, the support team has not acknowledged my concerns or the problem I now face. Would I recommend this service? Absolutely not, due to their inadequate customer support!

Avoid - unsatisfactory customer service and lack of communication

These chews have been beneficial for my dogs

These chews have really helped my dogs, and I usually order two tubs at once. One of my dogs is now on medication and isn't taking the chews, so I have a surplus. I emailed on August 9th to request a halt on future orders and am currently awaiting a reply. Thank you. I have just unsubscribed, so I hope no more deliveries will come.

Unpleasant smelling powder for dogs

This powder for dog dental care has a terrible smell. I only used it once and won't use it again; I couldn't tolerate the odor in my home. I attempted to get a refund and contacted them three times, but received no response!

Impressive improvements for my senior dog

In mid-November 2024, after trying various options, I ordered probiotics for my Patterdale terrier. Initially, there was no change, but by the end of December, the chewed bald patches were almost completely grown back. His fur is much softer now, and the itching and chewing have greatly diminished.

The calming treats made a big difference

The calming treats have worked wonders for my Cocker Spaniel. He used to bark excessively when people visited, but since taking these treats, he is much more settled. He still barks initially but calms down quickly now. Additionally, he barks less during walks. I am very pleased with this product and have already recommended it to a couple of friends.
