I have been ordering probiotics for my dog for several months. Recently, I received a delivery that arrived with the packaging torn open and left on my doorstep during heavy rain while no one was home. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but despite emailing photos, the support team has not acknowledged my concerns or the problem I now face. Would I recommend this service? Absolutely not, due to their inadequate customer support!
