As all others reviews same experience here customer service is non existent I had one damage item and they keep promising that they will pick it up and bring replacement this from before Christmas and is February And only from my side I call and I call and I call. Everytime the same answer like they coming but never came I had to call my bank in the end to get refund nothing from this company they don’t care about customers and I hope they end with none sad as the website is lovely but the people who run it liars and at one of the phone calls I heard someone swearing at the background so unprofessional they shouldn’t have a business if they don’t know how to run it avoid avoid avoid if you don’t want to get dissapointed .
