Sadly a really disappointing…

Sadly a really disappointing experience, i placed an order back in Black Friday, 26.11.2024.I was told in the email to allow 14 working days, which I was already annoyed knowing that I’d paid £6 delivery.After the 14 working days, I hadn’t heard anything I had to chase multiple times through email and insta. In the end I called, where she explained there had been an issue with the delivery and the items had arrived to the warehouse faulty so was waiting for more. Which I totally understood but made no effort to contact me, considering this was close to three weeks.I left it a few more days and called again, after all this was a Christmas present and time was running out. She explained it would be delivered the weekend or the Monday prior to Christmas Eve. I double checked she was sure I’d have it for Christmas she assured me this would.I then received a phone call on the 23.12.2024 to explain that I infact would not receive my package.My issue was there was zero communication, unless I chased it, other than the cal before Christmas Eve to say I now would not be receiving the item I was assured I’d have but also leaving me no time to order from elsewhere. It was a Christmas gift I was excited to give and could only source online.The only positive, the man who called me on the 23.12.24 was very polite.Sadly won’t be shopping with Dear Grace again.
