Not sure whether this company is a scam or just incompetent:Order Number 1597417th Nov - made online order and received order confirmation email.25th Nov - received email confirming order had been shipped.25th Nov - received email from DHL confirming order had been collected. 26th Nov - received email from DHL stating that delivery had been delayed.28th Nov - received email from DHL stating that parcel was out for delivery for today. 30th Nov - received email from DHL stating that parcel had been returned to depot. 30th Nov - received email from DHL stating that parcel had now been returned to sender. 2nd Dec - called Dear Grace Home Interiors, explained the situation and expressed my concerns regarding receiving the item in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas gift. Lady informed me that other customers were having the same problem with DHL and she assured me that my item would be delivered in time, as she would now get it delivered personally by one of her team.9th Dec - Called Dear Grace Home Interiors for update, received voicemail box full message.To date, still no delivery of parcel, no contact/update from Dear Grace Home Interiors and I am unable to get through to speak to anyone for an update.I would not recommend anyone looking for a professional/stress free online shopping experience to buy from this company.
