Placed an order on 14 November. Allowed 14 days to be notified of and item despatched. Have still not received the order nor notified it's been despatched. Have emailed asking what is happening, no reply. Telephoned and mailbox full. Luckily paid on credit card guess I'll have to claim my money back.
