Placed an order for a bowl early November only to find my husband had found the same item in a shop and bought it for me. I emailed Dear Grace on 04/11 asking if they could cancel the order. I received nothing but an auto response so emailed again on 08/11 saying that I could see the item had not been despatched and could they please cancel as per my previous email. I received a response on 08/11 saying the order had been cancelled and a refund had been actioned. That was 8 days ago and still no refund. Fortunately I had paid via Clearpay having never used the company before, so have only paid one instalment, Clearpay have now raised with them to get my money back. Please be aware of this company and use a payment system or credit card for protection
