I have ordered from this seller before, and while email communication was lacking, the order did arrive. Now, however, I'm waiting for an order from May or June and have tried every avenue to reach out. They don’t respond on social media, where they are actively posting, and comments are disabled. Based on others' feedback, I suspect something is wrong. I would consider changing this review if I receive an explanation, but the current situation is unacceptable (and I hope to avoid legal action, so please address this!).
