Review Time
Pre - ordered an item i was really excited to get as its Korea and USA limited . I was constantly checking for updates as I understand shipping can be long. However after the shipping date changed twice I tried to reach out to them for a clear update numerous times ... no reply. I waited longer but come to realise that them doing all this is against consumer laws so I wrote them a long email mentioning consumer laws and how this could be taken further to trading standards. They instantly gave me a refund ( surprised they even replied😨). Bit sad I can't get me plush anymore but I just check and they still haven't updated there page regarding shipping so at the same time im glad I dont have to deal the communication issue. Oh and it says on there page that they have 5 star reviews, changed sometimes to like 4.8 or something but its very much not true 😭
The order arrive, safely packed and unharmed, in a very good condition which I was really happy with. The only thing that could have been better is communication with the customer, the shipping date for this order changed which was updated on their website, but they didn't update me through email or anything and I only found out about it when I started to investigate because I was freaking out about not getting the order when they initially said. But overall, I was happy with the order.
Items never shipped over 2 months from ordering, emails were never replied to. Eventually ended up challenging charge with my credit card company. Not sure what’s changed, have previously been able to receive items from this seller (albeit a bit slow like 2 weeks).

Now, however, I'm waiting for an order from May or June and have tried every avenue to reach out. They don’t respond on social media, where they are actively posting, and comments are disabled. Based on others' feedback, I suspect something is wrong. I would consider changing this review if I receive an explanation, but the current situation is unacceptable (and I hope to avoid legal action, so please address this!).

Still waiting for my item since October 17. Yes, it's a preorder, but I'm frustrated with the lack of communication. Why do I have to send three emails without any response, not even an automated reply? They need to improve their communication. I'll update once the items arrive.
All the official photocards I've bought from the seller are genuine, and I finally found the Dominate: Celebrate POP-UP version of Han that I had been searching for everywhere without breaking the bank! I've never had an issue with this seller in all my previous orders. This is my go-to shop for photocards :)
