Pre - ordered an item i was really excited to get as its Korea and USA limited . I was constantly checking for updates as I understand shipping can be long. However after the shipping date changed twice I tried to reach out to them for a clear update numerous times ... no reply. I waited longer but come to realise that them doing all this is against consumer laws so I wrote them a long email mentioning consumer laws and how this could be taken further to trading standards. They instantly gave me a refund ( surprised they even replied😨). Bit sad I can't get me plush anymore but I just check and they still haven't updated there page regarding shipping so at the same time im glad I dont have to deal the communication issue. Oh and it says on there page that they have 5 star reviews, changed sometimes to like 4.8 or something but its very much not true 😭
