The bag itself is beautiful - really well made, sturdy without being heavy, and it just works with everything I wear. No copy-paste vibes, just a genuinely kind, helpful reply from a real person who clearly cares about the brand and their customers. It honestly made such a difference.You can tell this is a small business that actually gives a sh*t, from the packaging to the communication to the product itself.
