The bags I received were great. I was hesitant at first because there weren’t photos of the inside or either, but the backpack is perfect for a diaper bag! And the satchel is a great crossbody bag, with lots of room.
Absolute trash. Website looks legit, had my bag delivered and my heart absolutely sunk. Googled the description of the bag and sure enough cheap cheap cheap bag from temu being resold. Disgusting. The quality is laughable the clutch isn’t even a rectangle it’s lopsided.
I found Dear Nikola through Instagram and was a bit on the fence at first (as you are with any online brand), but I’m so glad I ordered. The bag itself is beautiful - really well made, sturdy without being heavy, and it just works with everything I wear. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design.What really stood out though was the customer service. I messaged them with a question about my order and got the loveliest response. No copy-paste vibes, just a genuinely kind, helpful reply from a real person who clearly cares about the brand and their customers. It honestly made such a difference.You can tell this is a small business that actually gives a sh*t, from the packaging to the communication to the product itself. It felt personal, not transactional.I’ve already had a few people ask me where my bag is from and I’ve happily recommended them. Will 100% be ordering again 🤍
I got the studded bum bag in black, when it arrived, it felt stiff comparable quality to forever 21 which was very disappointing considering the $120 price tag. It was shiny, plastic material. There are many leather alternatives that are closer to a leather quality look and feel. It’s really unfortunate because I really wanted to love this bag and get more. However, the quality felt more like a $25 bag vs. $120.
