I love my hoodie! It took a while to get it, but it was well worth the wait. I wish I had ordered a size larger - not because it doesn't fit (it fits perfectly), but because the inside is so 'fuzzy' that it's hard to get on over long-sleeved shirts.
When I contacted customer service about something I had discovered, they replied within 24 hours! And you could tell it wasn't an AI response - real people work here!

The only thing I don’t like about it is that it runs a little small and I like mine roomy. It doesn’t have much stretch to it. Love the color and it is nice and comfy.

I have purchased 2 tee-shirts, a zippered hoodie and a tote bag around Christmas and after. At first, I wasn't sure if my hoodie was making a difference. When I first saw Dear Person on Facebook I was inspired by the message. I loved it. As I went online and saw what it stood for and the story behind it I thought this is what the world needs. I ended up buying one for myself and one for my granddaughter. My son, Kristoffer, passed away at 43 years of age from an autoimmune disorder 4 years ago. He was a bright light to his family, friends and students. In a world full of angry people I want to bring light into their lives. This message does that. Thank you. Well. They are way off on size. I ordered 3xl like I always do. Everything i own is 3xl. But these come in like a LG. And you dont make a 5xl so I can upsize so I'm sitting here with 2 hoodies I can't use. The fabric feels amazing and as a Veteran I love the message. Just can't wear because they are way undersized. Let me know when you have a US size 3xl or a Chinese 5xl.

The sweatshirts run about 1-2 sizes smaller than average. My daughter can wear them, but they are snug. They seem to be good quality.
The t-shirt was not wearable. I ordered a 3XL t-shirt and it barely fits my daughter who wears a size large. The quality is not good - the fabric is stiff and the cut is awkward.
I would definitely recommend these shirts if the quality was consistent and sizing was accurate.
The hoodie feels plush and soft, and the fit is great - even the hood is comfortable; usually I find hoods are a nuisance. It draws compliments too: Recently a stranger waved and said, Thank you for wearing that shirt.
