Last month, part of my repeat prescription was missing, causing me significant pain. This month, I confirmed with a staff member that all items were available, yet I found the same item missing again. I was frustrated and had to call, only to be told it would arrive on a different day. There was a heated exchange, and I felt blamed for the missing item. One staff member even suggested barring me for my frustration. It seems there’s a need for a better system, and I felt there was a lack of accountability.
