I attempted to collect my prescription from the "24/7/365 days a year" locker, but it has been closed since Thursday (today is Sunday). I understand it's the holiday season, but why promote being available 24/7 and 365 days if that's not the case? As a result, I've been without my essential medication, which I expected to retrieve. I'm very disappointed.
I scheduled an appointment online for a private Flu vaccination, and the entire process was incredibly straightforward, fitting perfectly into my schedule. The pharmacist was friendly and helped ease my nerves about the needles, engaging in conversation to make sure I was comfortable before I left. The experience was highly professional and efficient from beginning to end. I wholeheartedly recommend this service.

This has been life-changing! I am housebound and have asked the manager at a local pharmacy to deliver my prescription, even my doctor has intervened, but the request was denied. For the past four years, I’ve relied on my amazing daughter to collect my prescriptions, even for controlled medications. I was frustrated with the service I received. Thankfully, my care team contacted another pharmacy that is more than willing to deliver my medication to my home! I am incredibly grateful for their support and relieved to have this stress lifted! Last month, part of my repeat prescription was missing, causing me significant pain. This month, I confirmed with a staff member that all items were available, yet I found the same item missing again. I was frustrated and had to call, only to be told it would arrive on a different day. There was a heated exchange, and I felt blamed for the missing item. One staff member even suggested barring me for my frustration. It seems there’s a need for a better system, and I felt there was a lack of accountability.
The staff were friendly and professional, providing helpful information regarding the flu vaccine. I had already paid online but was recognized as eligible for the NHS vaccine, which was administered, and a refund was processed promptly. I would recommend this service to others.
