The decline has been steep and disappointing.Their pricing structure is a mess, charging for nonsensical features, and the process to close an account is absurdly difficult, requiring a 30-day notice. It's clear they make it hard on purpose to keep milking money from you.Their customer support is virtually non-existent. They won't lift a finger to help you out. Frankly, this company and its products are not worth your time or money. There are far better options out there. Avoid them at all costs.
