I've had registered issues for months, which they will not give me a timeline to fix. The support team and response times are terrible - the worst of any service I have ever used. The typical request waits for a response, hours later they close because I'm no longer sitting there waiting for them to respond. They don't even look at the issue. The sales team raved about their service when they sold us as we particularly queried itI recommend going to a supplier that values supporting its customers. Im going to move - which changing ERP's is never easy.
