I had the worst experience with customer service. After moving out in March 2025, I still haven't received my final deposit settlement. I've sent 30 emails to the management team without any reply. As a foreigner, I highly recommend avoiding this service for rentals, as they will take advantage of you. It's truly disappointing to see such practices in Denmark. Eventually, I received a bill on December 12 for 30,000 DKK for repairs, claiming no deposit would be refunded. It feels like a scam. I would never recommend engaging with them.
