Worst customer service ever. Paid for an order over 2 months ago. I have never received my order or any communication for me to expect delays or updates on my order. They simply took my money and never sent the products. I have emailed them multiple times, sent them multiple DMs, and also tried to reach them in the shop app. They have completely ignored every attempt at communication with me. They never responded once. I’m a business owner myself and I know what it’s like to experience delays in shipping but one thing you never ever do is completely ignore your clients. At this point it’s starting to feel like they are just ripping me off and never going to send my order. And to top it off, I only had 5 or 6 items in my order. It was small. Less than 200 bucks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They sent me a notice saying a shipping label was created a day or two after I placed my order and that’s it. They never actually mailed it. Like I said, they treat their customers like they don’t even exist. They will ignore you. I reached out to several other people that I know that ordered from them as well and they too had similar experiences.
