Terrible Experience!!I contacted them after the suggested 14 day return period, then they proceed to say another 5 days!! They have no contact number, only messaging services/email.I have been in contact with the what’s app chat and direct messenger to no avail. Every response seems to be automated and just states ‘a refund will be with you shortly, thank you for your patience’.I will never place another order with Debenhams online, nor will I recommend my family/friends. Shocking customer service!!
