Terrible company regarding customer service contact and help.I returned an item for refund. Their policy states up to14 days and then a refund is given.It’s been 14 days and I’ve not been refunded or received email to tell me they received the item back. Yodel tracking confirm it was received back 28 March 25. No contact number so can’t speak to a human. Had to send messages via messenger.. Had to keep repeating myself and my order number etc on several occasions. Then they would not bother to reply hours later I got a reply saying I would be refunded but have to wait another two weeks for my refund!!! That is now 4 weeks to wait for a refund… now yet again they won’t reply to me because I asked why should I wait that long… obviously call centre based abroad… terrible terrible service. I will NOT be using Debenhams again. Debenhams please review how you treat your customers because you’ve lost one here Also tell your staff 4 weeks to wait for a refund stinks.
