Do not buy anything from Debenhams with delivery..... I’ve just ordered some fragrances from this business with delivery at a charged rate of about £3. They will then email you saying that it will be delivered within 10day. No day, no time, no info.... They then said they tried my address (no sign off them,’no phone call, no delivery to the delivery room and not even a note). I then received a text saying I must pay extra for another delivery ! Contacted Debenhams who wont refund or take back until I receive the item which means paying the fee !!!!! Of course there’s no way to phone them either. Poor poor service
