Customer service is terrible. Once you buy, there's no way to get a refund. They sent me a text message explaining the problem, and when I filled out the form, they asked for an authorization code. I repeated my request, but instead of resolving my issue, they kept sending me the link. How can I get the code or send it to them? They keep asking for it, which is awful. Still contact them to not finish 28 days but no chance to reach to them,
