Dreadful customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of boots. My parcel arrived quite quickly, 2 weeks ahead of schedule but only contained 1 pair.
I contacted customer service, which is not easy as only email or messenger options. Was told I would get a reply in 4 days, after 5 days and no reply, I messaged again, to be told they would look into with the company they had contracted to send my boots. I should have a reply in 2 working days. No reply after a week so sent another email. Was told again to wait 2 days. Still no reply so I emailed again to advise I either wanted a refund or my boots sending within the next 2 days.
I then got an email 2 days later to say my replacement were on the way, at this point Royal mail had already delivered them.
It took me 3 weeks to get my second pair of boots and a lot of chasing
