Communication was inconsistent: one representative claimed no ticket was issued, while another assured everything would be documented. These unnecessary delays reflect poorly on their operations. I have lodged a formal case with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) due to these issues. Clients should be aware that even with correct documentation, the process may take longer than legally acceptable. I urge the service to improve and comply with the National Credit Act, as prolonged delays impact clients’ financial wellbeing.
