I want to share my experience so that others might steer clear of similar issues. My time at this gym was extremely disappointing. Our account was suspended in December, and despite reaching out via email and notifying the front desk, it wasn't until April that the matter was finally addressed. In April, we received notice that our case had been handed over to a debt collection agency, demanding nearly £800. We requested a review of our case, but our attempts were ignored. It was only after posting multiple reviews that we finally heard from the Head Office. They failed to clarify why we were not informed before being sent to collections, despite claiming this is their standard procedure. During a video call, we felt pressured to the brink of tears as they insisted we pay up to avoid further action. The front desk falsely claimed they had reached out to us via email, but they could never provide evidence—because those emails were never sent. Of the £800 they demanded, we ended up paying about £100 just to be left in peace. Fortunately, many of our friends have already chosen to leave this gym. We will not be returning, and we certainly cannot recommend it. Our experience was utterly unjust.
