I would rate this company at zero if possible. I received a letter dated 19th December today (30th) and when I contacted them to resolve the issue the live chat person was so unhelpful and would not listen to me. I pointed out that the original fine had jumped from £60 to £170, despite me waiting for an appeal decision. I asked for clarification of whether this would escalate to £280 whilst I waited to hear back from IAS appeal. I paid the £60 and then they demanded a further £20 before setting up a payment plan for the ‘remaining £110’. I am currently unemployed and unable to pay a further £20 on same day I paid £60 and when I explained this he just ended the chat. Such a scam of a company and preying on people’s vulnerabilities.
